We are looking for a friendly, energetic Dental Receptionist to join our practice. Straight Finish Orthodontics has been creating the perfect smile and building self-confidence for our patients since 2008. We emphasize on welcoming our patients to the Straight Finish Orthodontics family with open arms and getting to know them on a personal level. Position Overview:
As the Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Your responsibilities will encompass greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with patient inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome and assist patients with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Schedule patient appointments, optimizing the orthodontists' schedules for efficiency.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, addressing patient inquiries and appointment requests.
  • Verify and update patient information, including insurance details.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Confirm and coordinate patient appointments via phone, email, or text.
  • Assist with billing, insurance claims, and payment processing.
  • Keep the front desk area organized and presentable.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the orthodontic team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or office administration certification is advantageous.
  • Dental Receptionist experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
  • Empathetic and patient-centered approach to customer service.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Punctual, dependable, and a team player.
